Attending the meeting: Pastor Alsop, Ron Anderson, Daryl Black, Martin Braaten, Guy Braxton, , Dave Cordes, Jack Holland, Curtis Madding, Charles Miller, Fred Motter, Fred Schkade, Scott Woods, Ric Williams and Ted Wyman.
Not attending: Ed Bennett, Cecil Blackford, and Jerry Saville.

The meeting was opened with prayer by Ron Anderson

Calls/visits made by attending elders during the month of February were reported.

Elders’ Prayer Focus for March: Holy Week and Lenten Services.
April Prayer Focus: Visioning Committee.

Lenten and Easter service coverage was provided with last months report.

Curt commented on the collecting of available information on social services.

Men’s Breakfast & Bible Study will be held on March 9th 8:30am. Study on book of Job continues.

Called to Prayer will be held March 16th @ 9:00am. Open to all members, Elders are encouraged to attend.

Youth Ministry – Junior high group has strong attendance.

Preschool – Obtaining license for added care of children 18 to 36 months old.

Fellowship Ministry – Games Day Sunday March 10th @ 2:00pm. Easter Brunch March 31st.

Vision Committee – Initial meeting held. Preparing plan to provide specific recommendations.

Music and Worship – Praise team is providing quality music for 11:00am services.

Young Adults – No unique group activity at this time.

Other Business: Pastor is planning for this year’s vacation.
Tentative Sunday coverage: June 16 Ron Anderson, June 23 Curt Madding, July 28 Jews for Jesus.

Daryl Black will open the April 5th meeting with prayer.

The meeting was closed with prayer by Pastor Alsop.
